  • Halyna's clinical approach is structured and directive. Whether you are new to therapy or not, Halyna will start off by getting to know you and your goals and prompt some inquiry into factors that may be affecting you.

    You don't have to come prepared to sessions as Halyna will pull from the first session to guide your work together. Halyna will challenge you at the right pace, keep you accountable and expect that you are trying things in between sessions. Halyna's hope is that therapy is productive and that you get something out of each session.

    To start, weekly or bi-weekly sessions are recommended but session frequency is determined by you.

  • It can be a vulnerable and uncomfortable process reporting on your therapeutic work but the benefits can be vast. Halyna creates an open space where you are encouraged to bring forward clinical challenges and mistakes in order to increase competency and clinical skills, help you feel less "stuck" in your work, and reduce feelings of overwhelm or isolation.

  • New to private practice or not, sometimes we need support in navigating the nuances of running your own business. Whether it be marketing, self-care, documentation, burnout, finances or time management, all is welcome in these open consultations!

  • Virtual or in-person group wellness offerings by a Registered Psychotherapist/Group Fitness Instructor involving movement, art, mindfulness and more - all in combination with psycho-education and tool building. Book an existing workshop or request one specifically curated to your group's needs.
